Reserve Mountain Builders, Inc (RMBI) is owned and operated by a husband and wife team, Don and Trish Ostrowski. Located in Evergreen, Colorado, RMBI has been building in the Colorado Mountains southwest of Denver in Jefferson and Park Counties along the 285 Corridor for 15 years.
Don has over 30 years experience in the construction industry working on all phases relating to construction for both commercial and residential projects. His proven experience, strong knowledge of the construction process, and attention to detail gives RMBI the reputation of constructing quality built homes.
Trish works behind the scenes performing the day to day operations of the business. Bookkeeping, banking, design input and answering phones are a short list of her duties. Trish focuses on keeping the lines of communication open, precise, and professional. Open communication between RMBI and homeowners is an extremely important aspect of our business, ensuring every detail is fulfilled to the highest standard and expectations.
RMBI has an extensive amount of experience building in the mountains. There are many of different variables that affect mountain home building and at RMBI, we take these variables seriously. We carefully choose quality subcontractors with experience in mountain home building. In fact, many of our subcontractors have worked with us for 10 or more years. This ensures the quality you deserve in your new home. At RMBI, we oversee every aspect of the building process from the major aspects of the job to the smallest detail.
